Sheron Mingo, Y was born in Guyana, South America, but has lived for most of her life in the U.S.  Her goal is to write prolifically and publish in multiple genres. Her Vegan Delectable cookbook volumes are available on https://www.amazon.com/Sheron-Mingo-Y/ She has an MFA in Creative Writing with a certificate in publishing from Chatham University and a BA of English degree from Mount Holyoke College. She has received a Bronze, Presidential Award, 2007, for literary volunteer work and has won prizes at open mics poetry and children’s story competitions. In 2003, she received the Roger B. Dooley Award for Creative Writing and a Frances Perkins Scholarship. Sheron Mingo, Y loves to travel and has lived and studied in Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Germany and Costa Rica. She is passionate about people and sharing her diverse expertise with all people. Life is unpredictable and although an imperfect mortal, her life is governed and shielded by God and she lives a devout SDA Christian lifestyle. She appeared in three episodes in a Dare to Dream 3ABN relationship show with Dr. Jacobs and his cast in 2016. Sheron Mingo, Y is also an invited panelist and keynote speaker.
